We are supporting the Dreieich animal shelter in gathering foundational data for the refurbishment of their existing building structures. Due to its extended lifetime, various measures are necessary to maintain operations for the coming decades. These include a sustainable and aesthetically appealing energy-efficient renovation, particularly of the roof, a concept for expanding the animal housing facilities, adjustments to occupational safety and improvements to employee attractiveness, as well as new spaces for enhanced public outreach and animal adoption efforts.
